No, we cannot hold a property. -
Do I pay first month’s rent and last month’s rent with my security deposit?
Each situation is handled differently, normally we only collect first month’s rent and deposit, prior to the tenant moving in. -

A Pet will require approval by the Owner, once approved , and additional deposit and monthly pet rent fee apply. -

The roommate must qualify on their own with a credit and background report as well as adequate income. -
My lease expiration is coming and I want to move out. What do I do?
By Alaska State Law the tenant must provide a 30 day notice, prior to moving out, or their rent becomes a month month tenancy. -
Who is responsible for paying for repairs & maintenance requests?
The Owner is responsible for repairs and certain maintenance required under the lease. Example : If the tenant is responsible for snow removal, and the tenant lets the snow pile up and can't get into their home. The tenant will be responsible to remove it themselves or pay to have it removed.
